All digital products purchased from our store are provided on an “as-is” basis. Since these are downloadable digital products, returns are not possible, except in cases where a technical issue prevents the product from functioning as described.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:

  • The product does not function as described on the store page, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • A duplicate purchase was made (e.g., the same product was purchased multiple times), and the files have not been downloaded.
  • The product has a critical technical issue that we cannot fix within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the buyer changes their mind or no longer wishes to use the product.
  • If the product is not compatible with the buyer’s system or other software, when compatibility requirements were clearly stated on the store page.
  • If a refund is requested after the product has already been downloaded.
  • If the issue is related to MSFS updates or third-party software that is beyond our control.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information (e.g., screenshots, error logs).
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will either provide an updated file or process a refund.
