You can transfer products purchased from other stores for free to receive updates from us. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Register in Our Store

• Sign up on our website using the same email that you used to purchase the product from another store.

Step 2: Submit a Transfer Request

• Send an email from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject: “Transfer – Your Name – Airport ICAO”

• Attach the original purchase confirmation email from the other store.

  • Forwarded emails or screenshots are NOT accepted—only the original email as an attached file.
  • If you have lost the confirmation email, request a new one from the seller. Click here to know how to do that

Important: Send a separate request for each airport.

Processing Time

• Transfer requests are approved manually, which may take up to 5 business days.
• Once the transfer is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
